Thompson and mother Elizabeth Thompson, formerly Morris.
Father's occupation Bus Driver, registered 9th August 1890, George Jones Registrar.

Birth Certificate
1894 Birth in the District of Llanelly and the Sub District of Llannon in the county of
Camarthen- on the 22nd February 1894, at 104 Tumble Row Llannon, born Margaret,
a girl to Thomas Banks and Ann Banks formerly Griffiths,
Father's occupation a Brick Layer, registered on 24th March 1894, John Davies registrar.
On the birth certifiacate, the date 1894 has been amended- the "4" looks like
it has been rewritten over a correction. There is a story that Grandmother had altered her
birth certificate to make her older and so eligible for a job.

Marriage
Marriage solemnized at Holy Cross church, in the parish of St. Theodore,
Port Talbot, in the county of Glamorgan- on April 14th 1914, Sidney
Thompson, age 23 and occupation steelworker,and Margaret Banks
age 21 Residence at the time of the marriage- Sidney= 5 Bath Street, Port Talbot and
Margaret=12 Mickna St. Aberavan. Father's name John Thompson a brake
Proprietor and Thomas Banks, a mason. According to the rites of the
Established Church, by Joseph Jones, in the presence of May
Thompson and Edward Rees.

Certificate of Death
1948-in the district of Neath and SUb District of Port Talbot in the county of
Glamorgan- Where and when died-24th July 1948 at 5 Bath St. Port Talbot, Sydney
Thompson, male 58 years, a leather worker, cause of death-Syncope-fatty
degeneration of heart, certified by HR Frederick MB, Informant S.G. Thompson,
son of 5 Gerald St. Aberavan registered 26th July 1948, L.H. Williams registrar.

Certificate of Death
1965 in the District of Neath and sub district of Port Talbot in the county of
Glamorgan- on the 21st October,1965 at 55 Bertha Place, Port Talbot, Margaret
Thompson Female, age 71 years, widow of Sidney Thompson, Boot
and Shoe Repairs, Cause of Death-Cerebral Thrombosis andarterio scelerosis certified by
M.YH.Rees MRCS and informed by S.G. Thompson son of 71 St. Paul's Road,
Port Talbot on 22nd October to registrar Jane Jones.
